The My Medical Savings Card is more than just a discount card. Once enrolled, your patient will benefit from, a concierge approach to your healthcare pricing, planning, and care coordination.

Once enrolled in our My Medical Savings Card Health Advantage concierge program, we create a confidential patient medical file with brief history pertinent medical and pharmaceutical care, i.e. diagnosis, allergies, medication regimen, and emergency contact information.

  • We coordinate patient access and care with their respective healthcare providers in the U.S.A. and abroad, We continue this care coordination after the patient returns to their home country.
  • We coordinate any prescription or medical supply requirements and delivery to the patient’s hospital bedside, home, businesspeople country.
  • We enroll each patient in our unique patient call system designed to ensure that you will never run out of medication or supplies by calling each patient on a regularly agreed upon schedule to obtain medication refills when needed and/or confirm any new or changed orders with their respective health care provider. We are available at any time to liaise with each patient’s healthcare team in obtaining or clarifying prescription orders.
  • We specialize in coordinating billing and payment arrangements with international third-party payers and the healthcare provider.
  • We offer a multilingual service when needed.
